By: LJ Ober I'm going to share with you a little secret! A secret that has been passed down since ancient times. But first of all, . . Do you have all that you want to have coming to you in your life? Or do most wishes just slip by right before your eyes?
Life goes by at such a fast pace from one moment and project to the next, making it hard for us to take notice of the things that we should appreciate the most in life! We simply get consumed with the past and the future and take the here and now for granted. The Universe, otherwise known as the Law Of Attraction is at your back end call with its magnetic energy waiting and wanting to bring all that you want and so much more. This law attracts thoughts, ideas, protection, certain situations or circumstances and even people to you through what you simply wish for. Gratitude is one of the key ingredients to call forth on what it is that you want. The more you are grateful the more that you are able to summons. By applying a daily or weekly practice of gratitude and expressing your appreciation, you summons the universe to supply you with an abundant life and protection. Plus, you give it more power by sharing a feeling associated with it, labeling it and calling it out to the universe. It is the Law of Attraction for it to bring you what you most sincerely want in life and many more wonderful things to be grateful for. TO HAVE THE UNIVERSE BRING YOU WHAT YOU WANT, YOU SIMPLY NEED TO DO THESE FEW THINGS. . . .
MAKE A GRATITUDE LIST: I encourage you to do a 30 Day Gratitude Challenge to where each week you write down 5 things of which you were grateful for, and do it for a month. Once you get used to praising your gratitude, keep doing it regularly (either daily or weekly) THE THINGS ON YOUR GRATITUDE LIST CAN BE:
Although you may not realize it, you probably have more to be grateful for, than you can quickly attest to. However, If you slow down the pace of life long enough to look for the blessings, you will find that you have been blessed with abundance. By using a sense of gratitude it will change the way you feel about life because you will be seeing it from a whole new perspective There is a difference between being 'grateful' oppose to using a 'practice of gratitude'. Gratitude is more of a mindset. You can say "thank you, I am grateful", but you can also take it to a higher level with expressing it to the universe and putting a feeling behind it. I love this idea of taking the time to truly be grateful for what you have. It's so easy to get caught up and think about all the things you MUST HAVE and then not think about how you're lucky to have friends who care about you, or a job you love, or a roof over your head, or food on your table, even the luxury of watching a TV or not being able to worry about next month's rent. It could be anything and taking the time to truly appreciate that is so important.

So true! I think it is usually the most basic things we have going for us that we sometimes take for granted.

You are spot on. These are practical secret tips that won't disappoint. Gratitude has worked a good number of times for me and I learnt not to take any gesture for granted. These tips are what I practice too
